CHALLENGE

The Arabic language support was a chief hurdle in the development of AECERT app targeting UAE, where it is the official language. Since the script is written and read right to left, the UI design and layout orientation had to be particularly intuitive to convey all the information effectively. The hexagon grid and background menu were another key design challenge.

SOLUTION

The development was undertaken in the CMS platform built using PHP Core. Security testing was done from the client side and we fixed the bugs pointed out.

RESULT

Developers started coding and integrating both English and Arabic versions simultaneously. We were able to come up with an app that had design and usability perfectly complementing each other.
