Creating an interface for users to access various BLE profiles & services offered by Atmel’s range of development kits.

SOLUTION

Atmel’s development kits make use of standard BLE profiles to measure attributes like proximity, blood pressure, heart rate etc. Users test themselves using the kit and then transmit their readings via BLE to the app. This transmitted data is captured and displayed on the app, thus providing a visual representation of the measured data.

RESULT

Mobile apps for iOS and Android that allow users to scan, discover and communicate with BLE enabled devices. The apps support up to 12 BLE profiles & services. Other features include colorful visual indicators with animations for all BLE profiles, Indicators for signal strength and device address and multiple customization options under each profile.
